Appointment was fine. She was thorough and very informative. However, I am having a problem with the order of physical therapy and have called now twice, yesterday and again today. The correction has not been made and no one has called me back. She acted like it was imperative I start therapy ASAP but I can not get the office to call me back so I can get scheduled. Frustrated. Not impressed with the follow-up.

I appreciate Alexis working me in and dealing so kindly with a distraught woman—me. I did not manage to explain that I wasn’t lifting any weight; I was pressing the side of my forearms against a machine, that proved to be way too heavy to move safely, thus causing my concern for the wrist.
