Highly efficient, very helpful and very good communicator!! I was very encouraged and happy with my visit, in and out in 30 minutes with X ray results, diagnosis and next steps.
I arrived seeking medical care and instead found myself trapped in a Dickensian fever dream of administrative collapse. The waiting room resembled a railway station abandoned to dust, confusion, and despair. Patients wandered with the vacant stare of souls long forsaken by chronology itself. Time did not pass in minutes, but in epochs. Despite arriving promptly, I remained entombed in bureaucratic purgatory for well over an hour, receiving only vague assurances from staff whose operational command appeared to have dissolved entirely. The promised provider never materialized. Whether said individual existed at all remains a question best left to theologians. The office was cluttered and chaotic. The bathroom looked as though it had narrowly survived a cholera outbreak. In the end, after little more than an X-ray and mounting disbelief, I departed with no evaluation and the distinct sense that I had not attended a medical appointment so much as endured a minor Victorian hardship.
