Did not feel comfortable with her at first, like she didn’t really care. After seeing her and taking me to the front desk to schedule my follow up appointment she says have a nice day Mr. Jones. Well my name is Turner not Jones. If a physician can’t get a patient’s name right, it sends a bad message about the quality of care. I will be going somewhere else for a second opinion because I dont have a good feeling about this visit.
