I had a deeply disappointing experience at the CORE Institute in Sun City West AZ. I want to be clear that one individual stood out in a positive way. Alexandra Witzman what is attentive knowledgeable and took the time to listen something that has become increasingly rare in healthcare. The level of care she personally provided deserves to be matched by the organization behind her. Unfortunately the system she works within has failed me in severe ways. After sustaining a severe ankle injury I was placed in a splint rather than a cast and was not scheduled for the proper follow-up. Communication outside of the initial ER visit was non-existent. As a result my injury healed incorrectly leaving me permanently disfigured, and I will never walk again. This outcome has been life-altering. I cannot recommend the Core Institute. I urge you to consider other providers to ensure the quality care and follow up you deserve. The consequences of inadequate care can be devastating and permanent.
She talks so fast. It was hard to understand her. Otherwise, she was fine.
