She was very patient with my scared toddler and made him feel comfortable enough that he asked for a hug and told ME bye-bye! Very kind and helpful.

Great experience with Alexandra! Clearly explained my condition and treatment plan. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend her. I would love for her to be full time at the Michigan Street location.

My son has high anxiety and doesn’t handle pain well and was quite nervous and scared for his appointment. Alexandra was amazing, she spoke to him kindly, she was honest yet reassuring, she explained everything on a level that made him more comfortable. And was very quick yet thorough when zapping the red blood cells in his nose
