Dr Rybalko had to cancel last minute so I agreed to see PA since I already took off work and was on my way (60 minutes from home). Alexa was overall friendly, but I explained that I’ve had Arthritis/carpal tunnel pain that has lasted 2-3 years and has gotten worse. I mentioned that I’ve already been using a brace and taking ibuprofen but she suggested to try it again and prescribed anti-inflammatory. I was hoping for another plan of action. I also mentioned the removal of painful lipomas and she didn’t know if your office treated removal. Lastly, I went to my pharmacy to pick up my medication and it was never ordered. I called the office and they said that Alexa forgot to put it in.
