PA Alex Mikhail is the best at explaining surgery procedures and evaluating the symptoms you may have with your spine. He has the best energy when he talks to you about your symptoms and gives you an explanation that you will understand. Alex Mikhail is an awesome PA and I feel lucky to have him as my PA at First State Orthopedics.

Dr. Zaslavsky and Alex are the BEST!!! They are very sweet and they have a great bedside manner. Dr. Zaslavsky is the best surgeon EVER!

Would have preferred Alex show me on the X-ray the pain source or a written report.
