I had a painful procedure. Instead of talking to me and helping me deal with the intense pain, Alex used it as a teaching opportunity for the MA. When it was over, he helped me sit up and left the room quickly. I felt like I was a ‘dummy’ and not a hurting human. The MA was kind, but she also left me to deal with the aftermath of the procedure very quickly . I was extremely disappointed.
