Dr Kroft was AMAZING… He answered all of questions… and explained everything to me in a way that made sense…
Very. Professional
He’s awesome. Just a straight shooter. Answered any and all questions that we had. Pleasure to have him as one of my doctors.
Very professional and did a good job of explaining procedure.
Alex gave a good description of what was going to happen and what might happen afterwards on the ultrasound-guided cortisone shot he administered to my hip.
First time meeting Alex and it was a pleasant visit. I felt like I was in good hands.
Very competent, knowledgeable. His delivery is a little hurried but he continually asked if I had questions. There is an inordinate amount of information, I felt overwhelmed. While this "every day" information for you medical folks, it would be nice to slow down. I also felt like I was given so much information on different pieces of paper (not Alex's fault), it might help to have an overview with bullet points to capture the most important items.
Very personable. Answered questions and did not rush.
Dr Kroft was excellent and was sble to st least give me other shots
On time, good listener and problem solver
