Very nice. Explains everything in language that I can understand.
Alaina shows great concern for my health, she explains everything in detail concerning all my different medications and injections. We talk about how I physically feel, if there Is a change in my treatment Alalina keeps me updated. Today she informed me that my injections are going to be every 3 months instead of every 6 weeks, and explained why the change. Personally I feel that I have been blessed with Alaina.
