Great communication and easy to talk with

I’m only met her once after my surgery. It was brief but she was efficient, explained the surgery, and helped with some FMLA paperwork. Unfortunately my post surgery care has been terrible and since I had a balance due to OrthoArizona I was unable to schedule an appointment now that I’m having some pain in the region of my surgery. Looking for a new orthopedic doctor who works for a company that cares about you beyond the small amount of money you owed.

I had total knee revision with issues with my lateral ligament. The assessment and resulting surgery and follow care was completed with professionalism and addressed and issues with knee. Each member of Dr Wilmink and Ms Kelley team kept me up to date with my care and followed up with phone calls addressing progress , rehab and medications. Surgery successful and am so excited for my mobility and stability

Adrienne was so calm when I was an anxious patient. She could see how anxious I was about the procedure I was there for and she sat with me giving me time to ask questions and she took the time to explain everything that was going to happen.I was there for injections in both of my knees. I am extremely needle phobic and she talked me through everything. She let me know she would use multiple processes to make sure I would have as minimal pain as possible. I know this is a busy office and I appreciated that Adrienne took the time to answer my questions and to try to make this procedure as painless as possible and to elevate my anxiety. She was quick and efficient and the procedure was nearly painless.
