Didn’t listen or answer my questions or concerns. She wanted to “Pass the Buck” and tell me to follow up with my PCP. Very unprofessional

This was the first time I met with this PA. Absolutely loved the time she took with me , patiently answering all my questions. She gave me clear guidelines for the next steps. I definitely recommend her.

Very professional and friendly. However, I was very surprised when she said a 65 was "excellent" for my eGFR. Prior to surgery, it was 66 which I believe is towards low end on the scale. Yes I'm still functioning in the "green" so to speak, but I was aware already that my filtration rate was not that high, so it was strange to hear that it was excellent. I'm not a medical professional, but that is not far above the borderline 59 which is low. Using the word "excellent" indicates to me in great shape and I do not believe my kidneys are in great shape. Other than that, it was a good short first time meeting with her.. I appreciate her initiating sending my lab work to Dr. Rafael Ching Campanini for my first visit with a gastroenterologist as recommended by Dr. Ramos. I would see her again so overall I'm pleased with the visit.
