Mr. Ortega’s bedside manners are excellent. I had seen Mrs. Medina in the past. She was also good. The concern I have is that no one, to this day has gotten back to me. I went for a follow up and it has been a week and it seems no one cares about my follow up concerns. Will someone be calling me back?
