As a new patient this facility wasn’t welcoming at all, front desk wasn’t welcoming, and the physician I seen as well was not as friendly. The medical assistant was great, she smiled and she listened, I felt like my concerns was not heard just thrown off with medications, and the use of profanity from the office workers was used a lot while I was waiting in my room to be seen. I won’t be back for my second appointment.
