Mr. Brewer, was very polite and pleasant when entering the room. He was very attentive and allowed time for me to explain to him what had happened to me . He carefully explained certain aspects of my condition and what might be going on or has happened. He gave me time for two way communication with me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the circumstances were and next steps to make sure that proper care would be taken. Very professional!!
