Super helpful and gave me piece of mind for my hip!
Abigail is friendly, listened to my questions and comments. She looks at me while I am speaking, often repeats what I’ve said making sure she understood. She clearly explained things and asked if I had further questions. AND she talked slowly and loudly so that hard of hearing people can hear her. That is so huge!!
Abigail was good. Very informative with post surgery. Provided good take home advice in regard to my knee going forward
