Abby came in with a positive vibe which made her easy to talk with. She answered my questions, and showed concern and empathy leaving me feeling seen and heard. Abby explained the plan for my recovery clearly and made sure I understood and agreed. I look forward to my follow up.

Abby had the knowledge to quickly assess and deal with the problem. I’m now walking mutch better. I’m also prepared to deal with the same situation if it occurs in my left knee.

Abby seems very competent but also seemed rushed. She didn’t take the time t find out about the falls I took or how long I had bursitis.
