Robyn Jeffrey is originally from New York and now reside in North Raleigh. She graduated from SUNY Oneonta in 2017 with a Bachelors in Sociology with a Pre-Health Concentration and moved to Raleigh in 2018 and began the PTA program at Nash Community College. She graduated from Nash in 2020 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
She has always had a passion for helping others and for studying the human body and how it works. She loves to see patients progress and learn how to properly move and the confidence that comes with it. She has had a variety of clinical experiences working with people of all ages, but has a focus in outpatient orthopedic and with sports and athletes.
She was a gymnast for 10 years and then a gymnastics team coach for 7 years before moving to Raleigh in 2018. Once moving to Raleigh she got into powerlifting, and is now a nationally competitive elite powerlifter. On the side, she assists with coaching and helping powerlifters with their mobility so they can perform their best. She hopes to combine both her PTA knowledge and lifting knowledge to help patients perform their best.
Her other interests/hobbies include hiking, cooking, and traveling along with her 5 year old pug.
