Mikhail was a life saver and I thank him very much. I arrived to my appointment after I double checked that ot my appt was at 10am then someone canceled it with out my knowledge, my appt was at 10 am my transportation drop me off at 915 am I waiting downstairs, then when I got up stairs I got the new of the cancel appt. I had to wait till 11 am so that I could be seeing, by Mikhail my anxiety was off the chain, I will not accept that EVER AGAIN FROM SOS.
