His academic background ranges from animal nutrition to emergency medicine with a central focus on human anatomy and physiology. He has spent a majority of his life in Raleigh participating in a variety of sports and supporting local teams including the Canes and Wolfpack. He obtained his Physical Therapy Assistant degree at Nash Community College working in multiple settings before finding a home in a sports-ortho clinical setting.

Throughout his life he has learned a lot from his father’s muscular dystrophy and finds inspiration from the determination of his parents to manage this condition.
In his free time he enjoys training for boxing, observing nature and watching sports. He loves being with his family, the dogs, and getting to watch his niece grow up.
