So helpful by teaching me the “why” or mechanics behind my condition. He had the perfect balance between pushing me and stopping before it’s too much.
Knowledgable, caring, knows the body and what to do Excellent
I’ve been working with Alex for over a year and a half. He is always open to new ideas regarding my care, and takes this time to explain things.
Alex is amazing. He listens and adapts his treatment plan as needed. I am very happy to be working with him.
He was excellent!!
He has worked so hard to help me .recover from.a complete knee replacement. He encourages me to keep trying.
Alex was AWESOME! I learned so many practical tips, learned lots about the human anatomy, and how it all works, and he was able to fit in exercises, guidance, and was able to do a little bit of manual work to alleviate some tightness and pain. I so appreciate him being able to understand my situation so quickly and help me a great deal in one hour. Thanks, Alex! Hope to see you again soon.!
Alex has been excellent in constantly coming up with new, creative exercises that challenge and strengthen my core. If I am experiencing any Sciatica, I let him know what activity triggered it and he devises a custom routine to pinpoint those exact muscles & tendons. Really glad to have Alex as my long-time therapist !!! He is also very personable and friendly.
Great takes his time with you and explains everything well.
Excellent physical therapist. Love working with him. He is so knowledgeable!!
