He explains how the body works and what stance/proper position needs to be taken in order to be effective and safe. He’s very knowledgeable.

Alex is a Russian born Raleigh resident who majored in Human Biology at NC State University. His academic background ranges from animal nutrition to emergency medicine with a central focus on human anatomy and physiology. He has spent a majority of his life in Raleigh participating in a variety of sports and supporting local teams including the Canes and Wolfpack. Throughout his life he has learned a lot from his father’s muscular dystrophy and finds inspiration from the determination of his parents to manage this condition.
In his free time he enjoys training for boxing, observing nature and watching sports. He loves being with his family, the dogs, and getting to watch his niece grow up.
