The only thing is the first visit and all the questions should not be in an open area with other people able to hear all personal questions. The receptionist forgot to give me my paper work so it took extra time at the end of the visit. I do think Bill is very nice and know he will help me with my back pain.

My mom has been through so much, and her physical therapist has made an incredible difference in her life. She often says he “saved her life,” and while that’s how she feels, the reality is that he has given her the strength, confidence, and encouragement to keep going. His knowledge, patience, and genuine compassion have helped her maintain mobility and hope when she needed it most. We are deeply grateful for the care and dedication he shows every visit. He truly goes above and beyond, and we can’t recommend him highly enough.
