The only thing is the first visit and all the questions should not be in an open area with other people able to hear all personal questions. The receptionist forgot to give me my paper work so it took extra time at the end of the visit. I do think Bill is very nice and know he will help me with my back pain.

Bill is an excellent physical therapist. I've with him for a couple decades and I was happy to find at Swift after some recent changes. He is sensitive my changing needs as I've grown oler and he has adapted therapies to meet my needs. He's a real pro.

I had my first PT session with Dr. Wall today. Before going into the office I was worried that I would just have generic therapy plan thrown at me without much consideration for me as an individual. I could not have been more wrong. Dr. Wall took his time to understand exactly what I have been through in the past and where I am currently at to not only curate a great starting point for me to launch from but to educate me in every step of the process with a clear goal in mind. Top notch, I look forward to the rest of my sessions with a lot of hope.
