Vanda has been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting for over 20 years. She has experience in treating a wide range of issues, including postural dysfunction, neck and shoulder issues. She is certified in DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), a treatment approach she implements with most of her patients. Vanda also has experience in treating athletes of all ages, from pre-teen and teenage athletes all the way up to professional athletes, especially tennis and hockey players. Because of this, she has enjoys treating patients with vestibular dysfunction and post-concussive syndrome.
Vanda came to the US from the Czech Republic on a tennis scholarship and enjoys playing tennis, traveling, hiking, watching plays in a theater, cooking new recipes from the New York Times Cooking App and watching her teenage kids compete in high level ice hockey.
Vanda is amazing! This is my second time having treatment with her and yes, I came back because of how great she treated me the first time. She’s nice, caring, and great at what she does. I enjoy going to my sessions with her. My neck is definitely feeling better now.
