He was 20 minutes late, very condescending when speaking to me and NEVER followed through with sending the videos to my phone of the stretches I need to do. I am canceling my next appt. and I plan on never going back.

got the bums rush and he did not do ANY ZTherapy for the neck and did minimal threrapy for the left shoulder
