My hours of working with Thomas have weekly developed strength and balance to legs just learning how to bear weight after hip replacement. Walking like Frankenstein with stiff unsure legs is over. Under Thomas’s professional care my brain, muscles and joints are responding…no limping, balance and confidence have returned. He treats me like a person not just a patient or number.
He's great -paying close attention to my form as I do the exercise & thus- I'm recovering faster than expected 'cause I really put in my best effort
