Outside of the clinic, you can mostly find Tara spending time with her husband and two daughters. During football season you can find her cheering on the Steelers and during basketball season, the Suns. She also enjoys being outside, shopping, working out, making a disaster in the kitchen with her next attempt at making dessert healthier and wine tasting.
With over 10 years of experience, she believes it is important for patients to be involved in the design of their rehab program, from having a say in their movement prescription to their hands-on manual treatment. Her expertise includes spinal and extremity manipulations, Graston soft-tissue technique, cupping, Mobilization with Movement and more to give her patients a variety of options. Each patient’s journey is uniquely designed for them.
Tara did a great job helping me to regain strength and stability to my new knee. When the insurance ran out, she gave me the exercises' to continue working on it at home.
