She was very sweet and showed me some tricks to do at home to work out the knots in my tight muscles. Her massage helped a lot!

I’ve only gone to two appointments one was with Sean, which he just evaluated all the parts that are needed to be worked on and then day two was with Tammy and some of the other girls in the room with all the benches for you too lie down on and do some stretching and some strengthening of the muscles. I found that they all were dedicated to helping the people that were in there, including myself.

I really enjoy my sessions with Tammy. She is a great listener, and addresses each of my concerns in a non-judgemental manner. She explains each procedure and its desired outcome.
