Sylvan Johnson, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT

Sylvan Johnson, DPT, earned his degree from Utah Valley University, where he competed as a Division I wrestler. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Sylvan is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedics and holds certifications in both Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT/McKenzie Method) and Dry Needling.

He values the importance of evidence-based, personalized care and takes time with each patient to understand the root cause of their pain. Our clinic is proud to offer high-quality physical therapy in St. George, UT, helping patients recover from injuries and return to the activities they love.

Outside of work, Sylvan enjoys running and all kinds of outdoor activities, including disc golf, golf, softball, hiking, pickleball, and working out. He also loves coaching his kids’ sports teams and spending time with his wife, three daughters, and son.
