Very professional & expert attention
Sue is great, skilled at her job, warm and friendly. The environment in which she operates however is not size or sensory friendly - at all. Every chair in the waiting area after check in has rigid arms too narrow for some of us. Then numerous conversations, a television and radio/music all going simultaneously while trying to keep track of sets and reps is an absolute nightmare in a huge undivided room with hard floors, flat walls, high ceilings and no sound baffling of any kind.
She was excellent!!!
