She attended Arizona School of Health Sciences, a division of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and received her M.S. degree in Physical Therapy in 2000. Sheila is certified in dry needling and tool assisted manual therapies. She is a certified Classical Pilates instructor and has a 15 year history in teaching group fitness classes.

The bulk of her time is spent with her husband watching their two children compete in gymnastics, hockey and football. She likes to stay active with running, weight training, pilates, and HIIT classes.
