Today was my second visit and my second time with Shannon. What I like about her is her patients with me. Sometimes I can be a bit slow understanding all the steps of an exercise, if it’s more than two steps. Another thing that made me feel good, is during my first visit Shannon was very positive and explained what we will do for me to feel better. Today we add a few couple new exercises. So far all is well.
