My first visit with Samuel Swartz was very positive. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
I felt in good hands with Samuel. He was very calm, professional and helpful. I wasn't rushed as I learned and completed each set of exercises. My legs and core felt stronger afterwards and Im committed to continuing the exercise routine.
