Very professional, knowledgeable and patient.
Richard Keys was very knowledgeable also taking time to go over my therapy, answer several questions I had and reassuring me that he was going to start off with my present physical in mind. He ran me though the exercises pushing me but not to the point were it was unbearable. One of the exercises was too hard for me at this point so he assisted me but we still went through the motion. Need to get that range of motion back.
