Following graduation from Rockhurst, Paul spent 2 years working at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Kansas City where he focused on evaluating and treating a vast patient population that included postoperative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, neurological conditions and vestibular deficits. Additionally, he worked part-time at a specialty outpatient clinic that focused on diagnosing, evaluating and treating complex vestibular and balance disorders and completed Vestibular Certification Training.
Outside of the clinic, Paul enjoys watching and playing as many sports as he can, watching TV shows on Netflix and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. He is able to maintain an active lifestyle through hiking, working out in the gym and practicing yoga. His favorite part of being a physical therapist is building relationships in the clinic with patients and employees, and helping patients reach their physical goals outside of the clinic.
Listens well, communicated well with me on what to expect and how to continue caring for myself
He’s very knowledgeable and willing to be patient
He provided good tips for increasing my range of motion with home exercises. Encouraged me to push through the pain. I’m seeing progress 7 weeks post op.
Was first day, but thorough and helpful.
Amazing therapist. Takes time to explain things. He will work with you until you’re no longer feeling any pain. Even saw me for my ribs which most don’t seem to help with. Really appreciate what he has done.
