Patty Barrack, MPT grew up in a small town in Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, MA. She completed her pre-requisites for PT school while working full-time as a PT tech; and received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California. After graduating, She worked and obtained licensing in California, Alaska, Oregon and Arizona.

Patty has worked extensively in outpatient physical therapy settings where she evaluated and treated a variety of patients with post-operative diagnoses as well as non-operative conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine, shoulders, pelvis, hips, knees, and ankles. Patty incorporates both manual therapy and customized exercise programs in her patient treatments. Patty loves helping patients reach their optimal functional level in a compassionate and respectful way. She believes in continuous growth and is always striving for improvement in her skills to enable her to offer her patients the best possible care.
Patty enjoys the active lifestyle in Arizona, playing tennis, mountain biking and four-wheeling. She especially loves spending time with her family and friends.

She is the by far the best physical therapist I have known. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very meticulous in studying the patients situation and progress throughout the recovery phase. She is also very sensitive and compassionate toward the patient’s needs and complaints.
