Friendly, helpful in going over my evaluation and explaining how and what exercises for PT. After PT, I felt less tense and more relaxed. Pain-free.

Her favorite part about being a physical therapist is helping patients reach their personal goals. She is passionate about bringing awareness to the diagnoses physical therapy can treat that isn't well known such as vertigo and migraines.
Monica lives in Raleigh with her husband and two dogs, Ellie and Cooper. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and going on adventures with her dogs.
