Asked me what brought me here after being in therapy for a few months. Doesn’t seem like the medical record is reviewed as I would think my dx would be on my medical record and that it was documented that I was referred to PT by a university ortho doc. Was not given any exercises to follow do at home. I also don’t like being arbitrarily bounced around between PTAs. Not reflective if Michael but feel like there is always new provider and the pt changes.
