This physical therapist was careless and I believe needs serious review by her supervisors. My injured limb was handled roughly and my pain/discomfort was not acknowledged. I had to express my light headedness and asked for a break which I was then given a water and then left alone for several minutes. Which seems to be unacceptable protocol for a light headed patient. She was describing and explaining my incisions/procedure incorrectly and did not seem confident in her education to me. The end of my appointment remained displeasing as she just pointed the way out of the clinic instead of assisting me or asking if my light headedness had subsided. I did not feel taken care of in a compassionate or safe manner and will not be returning for another appointment with her.
