Melissa is kind, listens and does her best to come up with exercises that are right for each person. This is my 2nd time in her therapy room and she has always been helpful.

The bungy stretches caused me inflammation which aggravated my right hip.I had to cancel my 4th and 5th P.T. on Feb 6th and 8th.Continuing on Feb 13th,16th and 20th.She applied with both hands knee pressure attempting to force knee to straighten.Which caused the knee to catch 3 times as she extended the knee forward and back.This resulted in weakening the left knee and causing me to go back on crutches with helped to cause my right hip to strain and tear.

Melissa and team were great. When I first started I was in so much pain. However, I started making progress very quickly. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She was always friendly and totally committed to helping me recover. If I ever have to have my other knee replaced I would definitely want her to be my therapist.
