Good challenge! Helped with rom exercises that focused on my quad and hamstring limitations. Great session. Good listener.
My first visit with Megan was very pleasant and she help me adjust my brace as it should be since it was noticeably loose from the first fitting. Kept me busy while having good conversation to keep my mind off the pain.
