A terrible therapist! Matthew really listens & tries to help me both increase my mobility & decrease my pain. He explained that building up my back muscles would help with my severe Kyphosis. We talked about easy ways I could incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I felt so much better mentally & physically after our session! Matt is awesome!
