My 11a apppointment didn't start until 11:25a. There was no cleaning or wipe down of my equipment from previous patient. Also, at the completion of my therapy, I thought I would have had a cool down period with ice or heat. Neither was offered.

Marybeth is an excellent physical therapist. She designed the exercises suitable for my needs . I am leaving after finishing my program 100% better !
