He's polite and understand his job
Friendly, courteous, and thorough.
Marc was attentive, patient, and compassionate throughout my physical therapy session. He had a clear plan, broke everything down into manageable steps, and helped me progress through each one without making me feel rushed. His gracious approach made the experience much more comfortable.
