A caring therapist who is knowledgeable in her field, was able to give me a lot of advice on what to do very fortunate. I have found her.
Marisa was very busy to me on her computer, she never check on me , I had to go over to her each time and she was on her computer to let her know that I was finish, I didn't even stay for the hour, when I finished everything that I remembered to do on the table. Marisa never ask if I was able to complete everything. This was my last visit, I completed my paperwork before I went to the see her. I had to ask her if she can include more sessions with Emmuel G. for my Neck and back. When she send my paperwork to Doctor Frank Collier, asking for more visits . Maybe I might be needing someone else, Since Ben is no longer with SOS I was assigned to Marisa I had no knowledge of who I would be with. I need to ask for someone different maybe someone Ithat had filled in for Ben like Vicky or Mihkuel I was very disappointed. Thank you .
I had my first physical therapy session after my surgery on July 31, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a little nervous going in, but the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. My therapist was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything while making sure I felt safe throughout the session. I left feeling encouraged and confident about my recovery. I’m grateful for the care, professionalism, and support I received, and I’m looking forward to continuing my therapy here. I highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy!
