Lydia Lewis, PT, DPT, CSCS, is originally from the southern state of Alabama, as she just recently moved to Laramie in May 2025. She completed her B.A. in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology at Huntingdon College, where she was a four-year starter for the NCAA women's softball team. Lydia then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of South Alabama.
She enjoys everything about the physical therapy profession, as she finds purpose in helping others get back to things they love most in life. Her biggest interest is working with the pediatric population, ranging from developmental delays to neurological conditions to general orthopedic issues. Being a former collegiate athlete, Lydia also has a passion for working with athletes of any age or sport. She loves helping patients reach their full functional potential and have fun while doing so.
Outside of work, Lydia enjoys going on long walks, baking desserts, and FaceTiming her family and friends back in AL!
