I would highly recommend Levi. He’s firm with helping you reach your goals but he’s also understanding and knows your limitations. I’ve improved so much and although some days are harder than others he’s great with still pushing you to what you can do. I know I can trust his judgment. You only get out what you put in, so don’t be lazy. He WILL know if you’ve done your workouts at home so don’t skip any.
