Professional, but personal. Kristian is genuinely concerned about the problem and pain I came in with. She listen to the feedback I gave her on my treatments and made adjustments to suit me and my outcome. She also answered any questions/ concerns I had with knowledge and honesty. When I did my exercises with techs, she always checked on me & encouraged me. I’m currently pain free and doing so Much better because of all her work.
