Kristin is always so positive and amazing. She really wants to help you get back to being you.

She spent quality time listening to everything I had to share. She used her incredible knowledge to figure out where exactly my issues were. And came up with exercises that are spot on for the problems I'm struggling with. I appreciated her tender understanding and care of the pain I've been in. She was excellent in every way!
