Kristen Collins, PT, DPT is a full-time physical therapist and leads our Cave Creek facility. She is an Arizona native from Lake Havasu City. She first attended the University of Denver where she was a collegiate gymnast for 2 years. She then transferred to Texas Christian University from where she ultimately graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. She received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff campus. Kristen still has a passion for gymnastics and especially enjoys rehabbing and training gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders as well as volunteering for local programs to provide injury assessment or consult on flexibility, strength, and conditioning. She is knowledgeable and highly experienced in all orthopedic and sports medicine rehab, pre and post-surgical impairments, through the age spectrum. In addition, she is skilled at and has a passion for pediatric rehabilitation, servicing babies and children with congenital disabilities and gross motor delay. Kristen is an APTA Clinical Instructor as well as a certified provider of Graston Technique, Kinesiotaping Method and Dry Needling and practices cupping. She has been devoted to the profession as a whole for 18 years! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is thrilled to be a new mom to a baby girl! She is an avid TCU Horned Frog fan and loves watching college football!

Kristen is the Best!
Kristen Collins is he ultimate professional when it comes to physical therapy
Kristen is very knowledgeable and very thorough with PT. Kristen has a good sense of Humor but when it comes to PT, Kristen is all business. She lets you know when your not doing your exercises correctly and comes up with different examples on how to do them correctly so you understand what your doing wrong so you correct yourself. Kristen is all ways aware of what your doing during your workout with PT assistants. Kristen has help me for two years and has been a pleasure to work with and an excellent Physical Therapist.
Kristen is always listening to my body issues and will adjust my workout to match what my body can do each visit. I am so happy that she has all the knowledge and experience to help me progress forward.
