Although I just met Kelsie, she is very professional. She gives proper explanations of treatment. Listens very attentively while making notes. I pray her diagnosis of my left shoulder is correct and am eager to see results. The only reason Kelsie received a “very good” rating is simply for lack of time. I don’t doubt she’ll get an “excellent” rating eventually.
