Kelsey always takes the time to explain the exercises and how to do them properly, then why they need to be done that way.

Kelcie is great. Was disappointed I was again told she was too busy for her to stretch the shoulder. It’s been 2 visits since it was done. I missed a couple of exercises so it would be great if there was a way to track what I did so I don’t missed anything. I appreciated the correction on a couple of exercises.
