Kelly waisted no time targeting into the specific areas causing my sciatica. She also included targeted stretches, exercises, and dry needling to help with my SI pain which is a secondary issue. She pinpointed my weakest skeletal muscle structures contributing to my sciatica pain and showed me specific exercises and stretches to support those areas. I felt much better at the end of our session than when I walked in. She was also very clear and helpful when explaining the exercises to perform between our next session.
