Kayla listens and is knowledgeable in what I’m going through. She really helped me when I was having more pain than necessary in an exercise I was doing and was able to modify the movement and suggest an alternative.

Kayla was excellent anderstanding of a couple special concerns I had related to my knee surgery.

She is patient and takes the time to explain why she is having do a certain exercise.

I had two knee replacement surgeries this year. Kayla worked hard to help me meet my goals to get back up on my feet quickly after each surgery. PT can be difficult at times, but she does a good job prepping you for the harder stretches and pushing you to do more than you think you can. Her personality is great, too. I've enjoyed getting to know her and appreciate how much she cares about her patients.
