During her doctoral studies, Katie obtained certification in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment approach designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s Disease maintain and improve mobility and independence. Outside of her professional work, Katie enjoys supporting University of Tennessee athletics, spending time with her dog Oakley, and diving into a good book.
